ETHGlobal with Metamask

On April 14th-16th, Tokyo played host to the ETHGlobal Event. Each year, this event brings together thousands of people from around the world to network, participate in hackathons, and learn more about the cryptocurrency space in general. In search of a Tokyo video production company to showcase their participation in this year’s event, I was contacted by crypto wallet company, MetaMask. Over the course of three days, I filmed them interacting with fans, hosting panel discussions and networking events, and judging hackathon events.

At the end of the three day event, I edited several videos for MetaMask to use as social media content, including the sizzle reel found at the top of this page. I always enjoy event videography like this as it’s similar to documentary filmmaking in the sense that the majority of what is filmed is unplanned and requires keeping on your toes to capture compelling footage. It was a great experience and I look forward to working with MetaMask again next time ETHGlobal is back in Tokyo.
